RATP Dev acquisition

RATP Dev, a subsidiary of French transport giant RATP Group, has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire DL Entreprises, which specialises in interurban and school transport and is based in Nord Pas de Calais, France. DL Entreprises primarily operates regular interurban and school transport, as well as sightseeing excursions.
