New look ADL parts website

Over 10,000 fast moving items have been catalogued by Alexander Dennis Ltd (ADL) and are now available online (www.adlparts.direct). Over the past 12 months, the ADL team has made a significant investment in cataloguing thousands of items, photographing and, where appropriate, presenting them as diagrams and drawings in an effort to achieve quick and trouble free identification. The revamped site has a new look and can be accessed by the public using integrated credit and debit card payment systems. In addition, established customers can use their ADL aftermarket parts account to gain secure access to the site, enabling them to retrieve information on over 300,000 items. There is also a WebTech zone, which contains body and chassis service manuals, technical bulletins and advanced service information. It includes a listing of the ‘Top 20 most requested parts’. The website has been designed to combine ‘Innovation and Simplicity’.
