New Ilesbus HQ to host UKCOA conference

Ilesbus UK‘s new headquarters in Swansea is to host the UK Coach Operators Association’s (UKCOA’s) upcoming Conference and Showcase.

Set to take place on Tuesday 23 September 2025, the event aims to bring together coach operators, suppliers and key industry figures for a day of networking, insight and collaboration.

Open to all UK coach operators, regardless of membership, the Conference and Showcase is intended to deliver practical value and foster new connections within the sector.

A key highlight of the event will be a guest address from Victoria Davies, Traffic Commissioner for Wales, who will provide an update on compliance and regulatory matters. Alongside this, attendees will hear from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on workforce initiatives and skills development.

Throughout the day, a curated selection of UKCOA Industry Partners will be exhibiting and offering short presentations, providing operators with direct access to products, services and innovations designed to support their businesses.

Hosted by Ilesbus UK, the event will also give delegates the opportunity to tour the company’s newly opened Swansea site, which boasts significantly upgraded facilities.
