MOBIpeople orders pass 20 mark

Orders received by BASE for the MOBIpeople Explorer and Midi-Explorer have now passed the 20 mark. Recent orders from Festival Travel in Scotland and a repeat order from KB Coaches of Gloucestershire have helped the dealer pass this milestone. MOBIpeople, which recently moved to a new factory near Coimbra in Portugal, has recruited additional staff and increased production to meet demand.

General Manager at BASE, Nick Dodgson, said, ‘Since the launch of the Explorer and Midi-Explorer last November we have been delighted with the level of interest in both products. The latest order for six DDA compliant 70-seat Explorers for Festival Travel in Scotland, is the largest single order to date for MOBIpeople and BASE Ltd and takes us to 21 customer orders since the launch.’
