Lincoln vehicle museum open day

Lincolnshire Road Transport Museum is to hold an open day on 1 November. The end of season event will include displays of visiting classic and historic vehicles and enthusiasts’ sales stands, as well as a chance to visit the site’s workshop to see its restoration projects. Many of the buses and cars from its collection will be on the roads, offering rides to visitors. These include some ‘City Tour’ departures around Lincoln’s historic ‘Cathedral Quarter’ in the afternoon and again at 17.00. Refreshments will be available. Admission is £6 per adult and accompanied children under 16 enter free of charge.
