German VAT registration reminder
From 31 October, all coach operators travelling into Germany will be required to register with the German Authorities and pay VAT. This is irrespective of whether they are operating their own organised trips or journeys on behalf of third party tour organisers. The arrangements for registering with the German Authorities can be found in the CPT compliance manual on the CPT website (www.cpt-uk.org).
