Four stars for NatEx

National Express Bus (NX Bus) has been awarded four stars in the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Recognised for Excellence programme following a recent successful assessment. EFQM found the operator to have carried out key activities to ensure skills and competencies. The organisation said the company has developed a balanced profile of results that has evolved in recent years and continues to be reviewed and refined. It said there is a clear vision and direction set and communicated by a strong senior team, who ‘really care about the future of NX Bus and ensuring its future as a successful business’. There is a drive towards increasing positive performance and the values are fully integrated and embedded in the business.
