Enviro400s launched in Leeds

First has invested £3.5m in 18 new ADL Enviro400s for Leeds service 49 between Bramley and Monkswood Gate via Eastgate and St. James’ Hospital. They have more legroom than their predecessors, leather seats and free wi-fi. Rachel Reeves MP for Leeds West attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the buses at Bramley.

First’s Business Manager for Leeds, Bob Dorr, said, ‘These new buses offer the latest in comfort and convenience for our customers and with low fares and a service every ten minutes Monday to Saturday daytime, these services provide a real alternative to the car.’
