McGill’s acquires Prentice Westwood

McGill’s Group is acquiring Prentice Westwood, continuing its expansion in coach travel.

The seven-figure deal will see the West Lothian-based business join the portfolio of McGill’s Group companies owned by Scottish businessmen, Sandy and James Easdale.

In 2023, McGill’s launched Loch Lomond Travel. The company is also the operator of the FlixBus network in Scotland and across the UK.
