Pelican delivering 20 Yutongs for FlixBus expansion
A significant delivery of FlixBus-branded Yutong coaches marks the start of another major expansion phase for the express coach brand.
FlixBus UK Senior Managing Director, Andreas Schorling, visited Pelican Bus + Coach in Castleford to celebrate the arrival of 20 vehicles ahead of their delivery to operator partners.
The new coaches will join the FlixBus UK network over the coming weeks, bringing the total fleet to over 200 vehicles as the brand continues to expand its coverage across the country to over 80 destinations.

The latest delivery includes multiple Yutong GT12 coaches, complete with USB charging points and power sockets.
The new vehicles will be seen across the UK this summer, offering thousands more seats each week on routes between key cities such as London, Leicester, Sheffield, Bristol, and Leeds.
Recently Yutong celebrated its 2,000th vehicle in the UK, which was part of a delivery of FlixBus branded vehicles to First Bus.
