Bakers Dolphin provides charity transport for Mendip challenge
Bakers Dolphin has provided transport for walkers embarking on Weston Hospicecare‘s annual Mendip Challenge earlier this month.
The operator provided six coaches to assist with the running of the day and transported walkers to starting points in Wells and Cheddar before they began their trek back to the finish line at Weston Cricket Club.
The challenge consisted of four possible routes across the Mendips, covering a variety of different distances depending upon walkers’ abilities. The charity has since reported it raised a whopping £78,000 and counting to continue supporting its patients.
