DeinBus’s tongue in cheek naming

German operator, DeinBus, has named one of its buses Claus Weselsky, after the country’s rail and train worker trade union boss. The move comes after bus passengers in Germany have rocketed following train strikes that Weselsky has been involved with (see B&CB 1327, 15 May 15). The company posted an image of the vehicle on its website, along with a blog appearing to applaud Claus (somewhat tongue in cheek) for his efforts fighting for rail workers.
