The Transport Ticketing Global event returns this year with a three day programme of over 50 presentations and panel debates on 26 to 28 January at Old Billingsgate Market, London. Insight into the latest transport developments will be delivered by 100 expert speakers to over 700 senior transport ticketing decision makers. Among the key topics to be explored include the role of Apple Pay in transport, the future role of biometrics in ticketing, building an open area architecture landscape in an urban environment and the global view for an interoperable intelligent public transport system. Entry is free for transport operators, municipalities and government authorities.
There will also be an awards ceremony held at the London Transport Museum, which recognises and celebrates organisations that have built, established and deployed smart ticketing programmes across Europe. Additionally, the EMV Transport Forum at the event will look at aspects of implementation and market adoption of EMV transport ticketing.
