Heavy Duty Parts are the UK’s leading independent supplier of parts to the PSV industry.
Working as part of a busy team you must have excellent communication skills as well as being extremely organised, able to work under pressure and have a high degree of motivation and initiative. You must have the ability to deal with enquires both over the phone and face to face from potential and existing customers whilst having a proactive approach to selling.
This demanding role requires the ability to analyse, prioritise and take ownership of issues by assessing what requires escalation to achieve deadlines.
The role:
You must use your skills, parts knowledge and customer relationship to;
Deal with both inbound & outbound calls to customers and provide analysis and action of data.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT CANDIDATES HAVE PARTS EXPERIENCE FROM A PSV/HGV AUTOMOTIVE BACKGROUND
Circa £30,000 – £34,000 depending on experience
