We have a very exciting and rare opportunity to join the leadership team here at Brighton & Hove and Metrobus. Due to the retirement of the current post holder we are now in hot pursuit of our next Operations Director who will lead, direct and futureproof the dynamic operations of our hugely successful business.
This is a highly influential and extremely critical role in leading our operational team. You will deliver an excellent service for our customers and at the same time advance a great working culture for our colleagues. As we continue to rebuild post pandemic the new Operations Director will work closely with the wider team in building an innovative and vibrant future that excels in the new climate.
You will be wholly responsible for overseeing operational performance that leads to an increased customer base and higher levels of customer satisfaction. This is in addition to developing and implementing our overarching business strategy to ensure we continue to grow, lead and exceed within the industry.
The position will be based at our Head Office in Hove and includes regular travel to all depots in Brighton, Crawley and Newhaven. As Operations Director you will be approachable, highly visible and welcoming to all colleagues and their ideas for better working practices.
