Due to further planned expansion, Ratho Coaches Ltd based in Edinburgh, Scotland are seeking to employ a General Operations Manager and it is unlikely that anyone with less than 10 years’ experience in the coach industry will be suitable.
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, have a sound understanding of the commerciality of running a P & L and already have people management experience.
As the planning and allocation of work is a key responsibility, experience of this discipline is essential along with a sound geographical awareness and a good knowledge of current legislation pertinent to the coach industry.
