Free tour for Chernobyl kids

Eight children who have suffered radiation contamination due to living near the site of the Russian nuclear accident at Chernobyl in 1986 enjoyed a bus ride to the Moors Valley Country Park and Splashdown at Tower Park courtesy of Wilts & Dorset. The operator provided the free travel after it received a request from the Weymouth & Wareham Camera Club and the Weymouth & Portland Friends of Chernobyl Children, which arranges for host families to give a free holiday for the youngsters.
