Alfa Travel wins at Silver Travel Awards

Alfa Travel has won the Silver Standout for Solos award at the Silver Travel Advisor Silver Travel Awards. It has also been highly commended as Best UK Breaks Operator in the Awards.

Silver Travel Advisor, who have unrivalled experience in providing holidays for the over 50s, revealed the winners of their consumer voted Silver Travel Awards, as well as their Silver Standout Award Winners which are judged by a panel of industry experts at the Silver Travel Awards.

The Silver Standout for Solos Award, a new award in 2024, honours a travel brand that offers exceptional experiences tailored specifically for solo travellers.

“This year we have made over 400 rooms available for our solo travellers and have been adding more solo rooms across our own hotels each year.

“We have also introduced a range of coach holiday breaks that are dedicated to solo travellers. With the removal of single supplements on standard single rooms across both our own hotels and our hand-picked partner hotels, we have over 25,000 holidays for solo travellers available with no single supplement.
