If you are knowledgeable about our sector and are a confident speaker, this could be the role for you.
As CPT Operations Manager, you will spend much of your time in our central London offices, answering member queries on everything from unusual circumstances for bus registration to operational requirements for countries across Europe. But you will spend a good part of your week travelling and representing the bus and coach industry at a variety of meetings. You will provide operational updates at CPT regional meetings and events, and represent our members in discussions with Government agencies, local authorities, LEPs, the Police and others. Your role will have a particular focus on supporting our members in London and the South East but will involve supporting our regional and national managers across the country. Part of a knowledgeable team, you will also help maintain the CPT Compliance Manual – our acclaimed member resource. You will be flexible in your approach to working hours and travel but will be rewarded with an appropriate package including a company pension scheme.
