RATP Dev Chairman announces retirement

François-Xavier Perin, Chairman of the Executive Board at RATP Dev, is to retire on 1 January 2017. RATP Dev’s Supervisory Board has appointed Laurence Batlle to take over from him. Laurence will also become a member of the Executive Board of the RATP Group on 1 January 2017. She is currently Executive Vice-President Africa America and member of RATP Dev’s Executive Board, having joined RATP DEV in 2007 as CFO. She held the latter position until 2014, when she took on operational responsibility for the Americas-Africa BU as well as overseeing Sightseeing BU tourist bus activities. Laurence Batlle has been a member of the RATP Dev Executive Board since 2011. Before joining, she spent 12 years as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, which she left in 2005 to join the Atos Origin Group. Despite stepping down from his current position, François-Xavier Perin will join the Supervisory Board as of 1 January 2017.
