McGill’s First Aid firsts

Over 40 of McGill’s Buses’ drivers and service delivery team members have successfully completed an Emergency First Aid at Work training course, which forms part of their driver CPC training.

Area Manager for McGill’s, Colin Napier, said, ‘The majority of the half a million journeys on a McGill’s Bus every week are without incident, but there are occasions when a passenger may become unwell whilst on board a bus. I am delighted that the McGill’s team will have the knowledge to respond and deal with a number of these situations in a professional, helpful and safe manner. It is our intention to roll this course out to every driver in the company.’
