Kramer to open Reading gas station

Transport Minister, Baroness Kramer, is scheduled to officially open Reading Buses’ new £1m gas compression station on 8 September. She will reveal a plaque to record the event when she spends an hour at the operator’s Great Knollys Street depot. The official opening ceremony will take place at 11.00 and will be co-hosted by the Gas Vehicle Alliance who have designed and overseen the infrastructure and Scania (Great Britain) Ltd who manufactured the company’s gas buses.
