Arriva’s free buses

Arriva Southern Counties offered free travel on buses in its Medway Zone, including Sapphire 101, Service 155 to Maidstone and Service 190 to Gravesend, on 13 February 2016. As well as offering free travel for the day, Arriva teamed up with Visit Kent to offer residents the chance to win free entry to Rochester Castle for two adults. This was being done to encourage non-bus users to give the bus a try in the hope that they will like the experience and use them for some of their journeys in the future. It was also intended to reward its existing customers for their loyalty.
